In the 1900 s,the United States(SFNB)as the representative of the e-bank impacted bank counter business,its low cost and high efficiency made a lot of people believed that the network bank would overturn the bank,then the Banks which were impacted have been introduced into the network information technology to improve service,they not only dissolved the crisis also made use of the network technology to enhance their service capability.Our country commercial bank also joined the wave of Internet banking development.From then on,people began to enjoy convenient and quick service of online bank.But in the age of the Internet financial,traditional Internet banking products can not meet people's needs.In order to promote the competitiveness of the online bank,China's commercial Banks have to closely to the pace of the Internet financial,and have launched a variety of financial products which are convenient for consumers,break the Internet financial shocks,enhance their competitiveness.This article takes our country 9 listed commercial Banks which are agricultural bank in China,bank of China,construction bank,minsheng bank,industrial bank,bank of ningbo,huaxia bank,Industrial and Commercial Bank of China as the research object.The evaluation index system is Built by individual market share,the enterprise market share,the number of personal and the enterprise online banking products and services,website performance evaluation,risk prevention ability,innovation ability,the average fee 8 indexes.This paper evaluates the competitiveness of the online banking by factor analysis,then put forward corresponding Suggestions.The results showed that,the construction bank with higher market share and risk prevention ability and comprehensive ranks first,and agricultural bank of China ranks the second due to the balanced development.Second,the industrial and commercial bank ranks the third with rich types of product and service points and market share.The bank of China ranked fourth,it is related to the people's livelihood service launched by the bank on the Internet.Once again,China merchants bank ranked first in the customer satisfaction investigation,also a commanding lead in the joint-stock Banks,which stem from the larger discount.On the whole,there are still some gap between state-owned Banks and joint-stock Banks on internet banking competition.This may be related to joint-stock Banks started relatively late,weak funds from stateowned Banks and other factors.In order to promote the competitiveness of our country the bank on the net,this article proposed four suggestions.First,create financial platform scenarios about food and clothing live line.The second,constructed the data cloud platform to realize the operation and management of data driven;the third,plan and design good product development framework system.Finally,build an open network bank advice.
