Research On The Cash Flow Management Of The QZ Photovoltaic Company

With the fast pace of economy development and the management system completely,the standard for corporate financial management has been raised.Cash flow management is the key to financial management,hence the importance of cash flow management become increasingly apparent.It's research has a very important role on corporate financial decisions,control and sustainable management.The development of high-tech enterprises can largely promote the economic development.Due to the low carbon emission and the environmental characteristics,the photovoltaic industry development receives much concern.With the development of photovoltaic technology,the number of photovoltaic enterprises is increased and the competition is becoming increasingly fierced.The photovoltaic industry is a capital-intensive industry and the investment fund is huge.High occupation of current capital,sales impeded and difficulty on the collection of receivables will result in poor circulation of capital chain and may cause the bankruptcy of enterprises.This paper is based on reading relative literature and using the case study method.Firstly analysis the internal and external environment of the QZ photovoltaic company,point out advantages and disadvantages during the development of the company,and figure out the impact on the cash flow.Then the author further examines the current cash flow condition of the QZ Company,analyzing the existing accounting data from different aspect such as overall proportion,structure,and comparative analysis of industry.Aim at presenting the company's main problems and causing reasons,the author intends to highlight and propose practical solutions.Thus,it is hoped that this study will not only be significant to the future QZ Photovoltaic Company cash management system,but also as a successful,effective example of cash flow management in the industry.
