The competitive strategy is the realization of corporate strategy for winning in the strategic height. The business haven't competition strategy is lamentable, and cannot long-run. Maybe a company can obtain short-lived glory, but it cannot keep a long time.The risk of lack competitive strategy will gradually become weaknesses, and finally cause enterprise develop into a death edge.Twenty years ago,the JDB company is a unknown newcomer in beverage industry, from the foundry and lease the brand began to start,in less than 20 years,developed to the tycoon of Chinese beverage industry, And become the leader of the herbal tea market. JDB company's achievements are amazing, management experts and researchers try to find the reason of JDB'rise, most of them believe JDB company's success to the brand's new positioning.In this paper, the author use the theory of competitive strategy to analyze JDB company's rise and change,and try to restore a more realistic and scientific details of JDB'rise.
