For farmers, the key factor affecting their entrepreneurship is the government’s entrepreneurial support for farmers. It should be aimed at different regions of the environmental conditions and the characteristics of farmers to develop different farmers’ Entrepreneurship support policies. But all along, farmers entrepreneurial environment is not satisfactory, the state support is not enough, lack of entrepreneurial policy, lack of technology, capital and other necessary factors support which is seriously weaken the entrepreneurial motivation and entrepreneurial enthusiasm of farmers. This paper starts from the farmer to business needs, through the farmer level, suitable for the construction of farmer entrepreneurship demand priority index system, empirical study of farmers demand influence on Farmers’ business size and mechanism. So, on the one hand, as a comprehensive system to study entrepreneurship support of peasants’ Entrepreneurship effect size and its mechanism of action and provide a theoretical basis to judge; on the other hand, in practice for the government to further meet the government business support and demand of farmers, promote the farmer entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial success to provide basis for decision making.The priority order analysis and binary logistic model, first sort by priority method of seven types of farmers on entrepreneurial support demand, and by means of cluster analysis for the reasonable sort, seven types of farmers to support entrepreneurship needs urgent degree. Followed by the use of binary logistic model selection, selected seven categories of farmers to entrepreneurship support demand as the dependent variable, select the farmers’ age, gender and educational level, risk bear ability, skills training and other 10 factors as independent variables for analysis. The results showed that farmers on entrepreneurship support demand priority is in turn: "provide entrepreneurial projects", "tax credits", "to provide credit support", "to provide information consultation", "entrepreneurial skills training", "provide preferential and simplified industrial and commercial registration". Jiangxi province farmer of entrepreneurship support demand and the main factors include:(1) lack of information;(2) lack of funds;(3)lack of technology;(4) business environment is not good;(5)can not find a suitable project;(6) the lack of market demand;(7)the infrastructure can not keep up;(8)the lack of talent; the procedures various;(9)various procedures, etc. Among them, the most important factor is the lack of funds, lack of technology and entrepreneurial environment is not good, they are in Jiangxi Province on the impact of farmers to support the needs of the business is relatively significant.
