Study On The Major Problems Affecting The Great Development Of Tourism In Jiangxi Province And Its Countermeasures

Developing tourism has not only great economic and social values, but also obvious ecological benefits. Therefore, both other countries in the world and provinces in China lay emphasis on it, especially Jiangxi Province in China.Implementing the strategy of great development of tourism in Jiangxi Province has both advantages and disadvantages. The former ones contain such as rich resources, favorable policies, etc, and the latter ones are problems of talents,sustainable development and so on. Thus, to realize this strategy, Jiangxi Province should be based on reality, make full use of its advantages and resolve the primary problems.Firstly, the research background, significance and research status at home and abroad are analyzed and generalized and research ideas and methods are put forward in this paper. Followed by are introductions of related concepts and theories, which form the theoretical support of this paper. Secondly, based on the relevant data and questionnaire survey, this paper deeply analyzes conditions and current situations of great development of tourism in Jiangxi Province. Then, this paper summarizes the major issues restricting its tourism development, namely problems of talents,transports, management system and mechanism, resources, brand, sustainable development and regional coordination development. Finally, in view of these seven major issues, concrete development strategies and measures about the great development of tourism in Jiangxi Province are put forward.This paper deeply studies seven major problems affecting the tourism development in Jiangxi Province, aiming to provide new ideas for its great development of tourism and related suggestions for its realization of strong tourist province better and faster.
