Study On Corporation Social Responsibility From The Perspective Of Marx's Capital Critique Thought

In modern market economy,enterprises as the important carrier of capital,have a main commitment to corporate social responsibility,meanwhile,the capital is the blood of a enterprise.Therefore capital is inextricably tied up with corporate social responsibility.Although Marx never mentioned the concept of CSR in the critical review of capital,but much of his discourse was actually containing abundant thoughts of CSR.That is,there are many logical correspondence between Marx's Critique on capital and corporate social responsibility.First,according to Marx's critical analysis of capital,both in the capitalist system or the socialist system,compared with the Nineteenth century capital,the 21 st century capital although has made some changes in the morphology,the nature of continuous proliferation of capital and the logic of production forced and compulsory consumption remains unchanged.As a result,the nature of the negative tendency of anti-social responsibility,still exists,disclosing the root of corporate social responsibility.Second,by contrast with western enterprises,due to lots of faultiness on supervision and management of capital in our country,the negative nature of capital is greatly exposing,resulting in the status of social responsibilities in some aspects undoubtedly is more prominent,which causes widespread adverse social impacts and seriously hinders the social sustainable and harmonious development.So,promoting enterprises to fulfill their social responsibility is extremely necessary and significant.On the basis of Marx's critical capital,the significance of encouraging enterprises to take social responsibilities lies in developing the civil side of capital,meanwhile maximizing the negativity of capital.Third,Marx in his critiques of capital revealed and strongly condemned the infringement of the interests of labor,consumer rights and interests,ecological environment and community seriously.As a vector of capital,enterprises in the operation process of capital were inclined to ignore or avoid proper responsibilities to its labor and consumers,the ecological environment,the community and other stakeholders.Therefore,responsibilities of labors,consumers,ecological environment and community assumed should be an important content for the construction of corporate social responsibility.Fourth,CSR movement now presents the globalization trend,the importance and value of encouraging enterprises to undertake social responsibilities have been generally recognized,to promote the construction of CSR has become an irresistible inclination.But with regard to how to promote enterprises to take social responsibilities,the paper concludes the following considerations from comprehensive study of the thoughts of Marx's critical capital: the first is compulsory requirements for the construction of CSR;the second is to establish and complete the system of relevant laws and regulations of CSR;the third is to attach adequate importance to the supervision and management of enterprise capital in CSR construction;the last is to give full play into the role of consumers in the construction of CSR.Because of the inherent nature and survival logic of capital,Enterprises which are the major carrier of the capital,inevitably produce a series of social responsibility issues.However,different from the impracticality of self-repairing on CSR issues under capitalist system,these problems can be improved and solved step by step through the superiority of the socialist system under the condition of through social reform.All in all,enterprises capital of our country need to adhere to the direction of socialism in order to maximize the civilization of capital and limit the negativity of capital,facilitating the construction of CSR in China.
