Study On The Evolution Of Wenzhou Model Based On The View Of Entrepreneurs' Network

The development of Chinese market economy has experienced over thirty years.Wenzhou Model has become one of the most important regional development patterns.When striding into new normal economy,it is practical and helpful to the future development of the socialist market economy;meanwhile it will promote regional economic development theory,entrepreneur theory,and social network theory about how to view the past development.Through the birth and development of three shoe enterprises in Wenzhou as the leading industry,the paper analyze the four stages evolution of Wenzhou Model from the perspective of entrepreneurial network,and view the change of regional economic development in marketing economy from the micro perspective of entrepreneurial network.With a literature review as the background,the paper regards personal network,market network and innovation network as the three main dimensions of the entrepreneur network,observing the change of the three dimensions in 30 years,and the change caused by which inthe four stage development of the Wenzhou regional economic,such as start-up period,growth period,mature period and transition period.Corresponding to the four development stages of the Wenzhou model,the author examine the five elements of three typical entrepreneurs from three dimensions,about entrepreneurial opportunity identification,the initial entrepreneurial resources,the market expanding,corporate governance,and transformation&upgrading,through which to reflect the evolution of Wenzhou model.Through analyzing the influence of the three dimensions' in the four stage on the five elements in the three cases of the entrepreneur networ k,the relationship between enterprise development and entrepreneurial Net works is obtained,which confirms the hypothesis proposed in this paper.During the development process of entrepreneurs in Wenzhou.model,person al network has relationship with the entrepreneurial opportunity identificati on and the initial resources;marketing network has relationship with mar ket expansion and corporate governance;innovation network has relations hip with the transformation&upgrading;Personal network continued to affe ct the formation and development of the market network and innovation network.The network of the three dimensions plays different roles in diff erent stages.Finally,according to the defects of the entrepreneur network in three dimensions during the evolution of Wenzhou model,this paper puts forward todeal with the defects of the entrepreneur network,and finally forms some concrete countermeasures to promote the Wenzhou model.
