Study On Electronic Commerce Management Of County-level

Nowadays, China is in the period of comprehensively deepening the reformation among rural areas and fasten the modernization, which makes a big difference in the development of rural e-business, the advancement of urbanization, the raising comme rcialization of agricultural products,the convenience for living and production of far mers, the improvement of rural circulation. Thus, as a breakthrough of comprehensive ly deepen the rural areas and the commanding height of modernization of agriculture.So, only by spurring the functional transformation of county government and the innovation of managing mechanism can make the policies of rural e-business possibl e. A case of Tonggu town in Jiangxi, a further research on how to deal with the diffic ulties and problems which while the rural e-business is going on as well as what to do about the innovation of managing mechanism and transformation of functions, to en able the efficiency of increasing the government public management. We would like t o find out some common characteristics which between the county e-business and the rural e-business and to make some suggestions on the improving the managing level in county government.
