This problem has been seriously hampered the sustainable development of farmers' professional cooperatives.Firstly, through the cooperative origin and rise of the different characteristics of the development of cooperatives in the world make an analysis, review of historical changes from the perspective of the leading promoters of the development of cooperatives in China, pointed out that the government needs and the needs of farmers cooperatives to the smooth development of the original power resides. This paper argues that four aspects of farmers' professional cooperatives stakeholders including central government, local government, farmers,cooperatives lead the people. This paper argues that the farmers' professional cooperatives to promote regional economic development, an important organizational form to accelerate the pace of regional agricultural industry, government guidance, support and services to its achieving sustainable development. From the three aspects of the co-ordinate and improve the government's support mechanisms, norms and strengthen internal operating mechanisms, stimulate the vitality of the regional innovation policy recommendations to promote farmers' professional cooperatives for sustainable development.
