With the rapid development of Akesu fruit industry, farmers demand for loan capital has become increasingly strong. In the formal financial can not meet the farmers demand of funds, private lending has become the main financing channels of farmers. Therefore, based on the perspective of farmers, the research in Aksu Prefecture farmers borrowing behavior and its influencing factors, not only can provide the reference and basis for the standardization development of private lending market, but also promote the local rural financial deepening reform has important practical significance.Based on combining the existing research results about the behavior of farmers' private lending, we find that the existing literature is mostly on the overall lending behavior, but do not distinguish between borrowing and lending, relatively little on the research on private lending behavior of fruit growers. Secondly, we design the survey programme and respectively get the results of overall characteristics of the sample, the general situation and its behavior of private lending by the statistical anlysis of the questionnaire. The results show that local growers borrowing demand is exuberant, the will of private lending is strong and its rate is high. We also find some problems, for examples, the borrowing procedures are too simple, main lending financial quality is low, and private lending organization is backward. Then, Based on the sampling investigation of 340 fruit growers in Aksu area of Xinjiang, we use the binary logistic model to do empirical research on the factors which influence the fruit growers' private borrowing?lending behavior. The results show that the older fruit growers tend to folk lending and the lower level of local rural financial development would increase the incidence of private lending behavior. Age, whether there is private lending institutions or not, and the distance from the financial network have a significant positive impact on farmers' borrowing behavior. The level of education, Whether to understand the relevant credit policy and whether there is ATM have a significant negative impact on the borrowing behavior. Labor burden coefficient, the number of students, household spending and lending disputes have a significant positive effect on borrowing behavior, but they have a significantly negative effect on lending behavior. The cultivated land area, total household income on borrowing behavior have significant negative effect and positive effect on lending behavior significantly. Gender has only significantly negative effect on lending behavior. But ethnic and type of the fruit trees have no significant effect on the behavior of folk lending. Finally, according to the above study regulate private lending itself operation process, establish a sound regulatory system of private lending, private lending and formal financial docking and positive development of all kinds of new-type rural financial institutions to promote such as policy recommendations.
