As the pillar industry of national economy in our country, construction industry is very sensitive to the macro-economic change. In 2014, generally reflected the downward pressure on economic increase in China and estate investment declining directly affect the construction engineering. As construction growth slowed down, the market is more competitive and the contract price level is more and more tight. These factors all show that enterprise survival space will be nervous.At the same time, as the new construction enterprise qualification unveiled, construction enterprises is facing survive the test. Currently, the economy in our country is "new normal". Economic development is essentially say goodbye to the past rapid growth stage of the traditional extensive into high efficiency, low cost, sustainable rapid growth stage. In the face of the new economic situation in China, the construction enterprises face challenge in strategic level.ZC construction company as a first-class construction general contracting qualification group co., LTD., in the "new normal" economy in our country under the challenge of the situation, "what kind of development strategy to achieve the sustainable development of enterprise" becomes a difficult point. To explore the enterprise management the effective way to promote transformation and upgrading has a great significance to both theory and practice. This article firstly uses the PEST model to analysis external macroeconomic trends, including policies, economics, social environment and technical renewal. Next, according to porter five competitive model, construction industry competitors, potential entrants, substitute products, bargaining power suppliers and buyers bargaining power are discussed. Then, through the SWOT analysis, ZC company external opportunities and threats, internal advantages and disadvantages are compared. Finally, we choose the diversified competition strategy to guide ZC Company's development. And accordingly put forward the company long, medium and short term development strategy goal and specific implementation plan.Finally, this article also put forward to support the development of ZC construction company strategic target implementation safeguard measures, including speed up the adjustment of organization structure and function, strengthen cost control and financial management, optimize human resources management, and establish full of cohesion of the enterprise.
