Laos has promoting tourism to stimulate the development of relevant industries since 1986, Laos tourism developed rapidly, and became an important force to drive the development of national economy. Tourism created a large number of residents' income and fiscal revenue, and the income mainly came from the international tourists tourism consumption. As the rapid development of Luang Prabang province tourism industry, some problems appeared, such as the overall image is not sharp, lack of features, marketing backward, poor infrastructure, lack of infrastructure investment, and poor service reception capacity. To promote the sustainable development of tourism, Luang Prabang province expanded influence in the international tourism market, tourism internationalization is an urgent need to have a scientific, standard system, perfect the policy to guide. This paper analyzed the internationalization of Luang Prabang province tourism present situation investigation and analysis, including tourism measures of developing national level and local level, and Luang Prabang province international tourism advantages and disadvantages. Advantages include rich natural and cultural tourism resources, tourism policy discount strength big, the traffic was convenient; Disadvantages including factors of tourism internationalization level is not high, lack of depth development tourist attractions, tourism practitioners professional ability insufficiency, the tourist publicity is not in place. This paper introduced the internationalization of China's Yun Nan province and Chiang Mai, Thailand government tourism experience, analyzed the enlightenment to Luang Prabang province tourism internationalization. Finally, put forward the perfect suggestion Luang Prabang province tourism internationalization, which attaches great importance to the reform of tourism internationalization, strengthen the internationalization of tourism talents training, strengthen propaganda, strengthen the construction of tourism infrastructure.
