Research On The Audit Risk Of Urban Demoliton Project

Therefore, the research on the audit risk of the project of the urban relocation has an important influence on the improvement of the system of the demolition, the saving of the financial capital and the prevention of the corruption risk of housing units, and also directly related to the harmonious and stable of the whole society. Therefore, the removal of audit is a difficult problem, which needs to find a solution to solve the problem urgently.This paper aims to review the current research status of the domestic and foreign research by using literature review, case study, experience summary and other scientific research methods. And also making research on the concept of the demolition project, audit risk. Through combing the history and current situation of Shenzhen demolition project, the risk points and the reasons of the risk are analyzed, the risk points of the project audit of Shenzhen city and the corresponding countermeasures are put forward, and the risk points of the project audit of the Shenzhen area are studied. In this way, the current situation will be changed in order to improve the audit quality of the project in Shenzhen area and reduce audit risk.
