Research On The Inter-provincial Diversities Of Human Green Development Index In China

“Green development” concept is put forward on the Fifth Plenum of the 18 th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China,which is one of the five development ideas widely accepted by the people.This paper attempts to construct a can reflect the index of the idea of “green development”,that is,“human beings green development index”,On the basis of the United Nations “human development index”,a further increase in resources and environment factors,in order to more reasonably reflect the appeal of the development of social economy.The reconstruction of "human green development index includes four dimensions: decent living standards,health and longevity of life,knowledge acquisition and a good living environment,which each dimension will correspond with an index,among respectively for income index,the index of aging,educational index and environmental index.At the same time,the paper will use the new establishment of the "green human development index formula,calculated and Compare in the provincial green human development index of China in 2000-2014.We found that China’s green development level of the provinces shows a gradual upward trend over the years,but there are differences between provinces.The geographical distribution map of the human green development level of our country is produced by the thematic map method,and then the geographical distribution characteristics of the inter-provincial diversities are summarized.It is believed that the current China Provincial Human green development level in geographical distribution exist characteristics of “low lying east to west”.Of the main factors economic factors,location and policy factors,urbanization,education and medical expenditure factor and resource and environment factors are leading to this difference.And finally the paper will put forward policy recommendations to improve human green development index.
