Research On Communication And Management Of Network Reconstruction Project Of N Bank Guangxi Branch

IT system is the core competency of commercial banks in the fierce competition, which is data concentrated, electronic business oriented, management and service innovated. N bank began a one-year network transformation project in 2015. Many communication management problems are exposed during the project implementation process, which are common in banking IT system upgrade projects. This paper analyzes the communication management model of the project, points out the existing problems, and provides some solutions. The research results can optimize the management of remained section of the project, improve the overall quality of the project, and ensure successful completion of the project. It also provides a reference to communication management of other similar IT network transformation project.When summarizing the project management literature, especially the research literature on the communication and management of IT information project, this paper analyzes the current situation of N bank's network reconstruction project communication management. It find out several problems, including a lack of communication management plan, ineffective communication, wrong communication methods, weak communication skills of the project manager and team. According to the modern project management knowledge, this paper suggests optimization of N bank network reconstruction project communication management plan:combining with the characteristics of network reconstruction project to establish a communication management mode for this project; developing a sound project communication management plan; strictly following the principle of communication to improve the effectiveness of communication; involving a variety of communication methods to ensure smooth communication; strengthening project team building and improving the project team communication and communication skills.
