Energy Saving Management Research With Lean Production Mode In Tianjin FAW Enterprises

With the rapid development of China’s economy, environmental protection and resource conservation has been more widely recognized. Reducing energy consumption of industrial enterprises has become a national strategic issue. The automotive industry as an important part of China’s industry has been developed rapidly in recent years. With the increasingly intense competition, cost reduction is becoming common goal of every major automobile enterprise.According to the essence of lean production mode, eliminating the waste of energy is an efficient way to reduce the manufacturing cost of automobile factory. By changing the concept of the energy saving management from “saving energy” to “lower energy”, this paper proposes the process of energy consumption. And then making use of seven analysis tools of “lower energy”, this paper finds that the waste of energy can be effectively eliminated. Next, taking Tianjin FAW Huali factory in this china’s self-owned brand automobile enterprise as an example, this paper analyses the processes of energy consumption by using of "lower energy" concept in lean production mode, and illustrates the effectiveness of seven tools of “lower energy” and gives some management suggestion to take action into reality. Finally, this paper summarizes the results and gives some further study.
