Human resource is the strategic resource and the key factors of an enterprise, as an important part in enterprise management HRM plays a very important role in the enterprise management and operation. And it is related to the enterprise's short-term and long-term strategic development. HRM is the most active factor of all the enterprise's production factors and it has been pay much more attention in modern enterprises, however, only a changing of the concept is sill not enough, the way of HRM must be upgrade the step with the time changing. The methods innovation of HRM is an important direction that worth researchers and entrepreneurs'attention.China Construction Sixth Engineering Division Corp, Ltd is now in the period of the rapid development and in the situation of national economic and social transformation, at the same time, facing fierce market competition, the traditional human resources management concept and old personnel management method can hardly make the enterprise have long-term vitality. Along with the progress of has been made by the company, there are several problems in HRM, such as:employee satisfaction descent, engagement, lack of passion, low work efficiency, lack of practical talents, and so on. Dealing with the tough things above is an urgent task to be worked on. This paper use the China Construction Sixth Engineering Division Corp, Ltd as the research object, through analyze the current HRM status, combine with modern HRM concepts, several improvement measures which aims to provide references for the reform of company's HRM have been put forward.This thesis expounds the meaning, incentive mechanism, theoretical basis, characteristics, principles and the important role for the enterprises, analyzes the HRM situation and problems of China Construction Sixth Engineering Division Corp, Ltd and put forward several improvement measures. This article mainly divides into four chapters:The first chapter elaborated the paper research background and significance, and introduces the content and structure of the thesis. The second chapter briefly describes the definition of human resource management, connotation, content and the important role then lists the basic theory of HRM. The third chapter analyzed the human resources management present situation of China Construction Sixth Engineering Division Corp, Ltd, mainly from the company's human resources structure, achievements, work difficulty, and the reflection of its human resource management. The fourth chapter put forward countermeasures and Suggestions to improve the company human resources management according to the modern characteristics of the enterprise human resources management concept. Fifth chapter of thesis is summarized, and prospect was put forward.
