In recent years, with China’s refined oil market to foreign enterprises fully liberal ized, foreign oil company have poured into Chinese market, breaking the monopoly b etween PetroChina and Sinopec. Internal oil product market competition becomes incr easingly fierce, if you want to to occupy a space in such a competitive environment, it must be concentrated to play their own advantages in market competition, improve th e reputation in the market and control the logistics cost, in which control the logistics cost is the most effective method and the key point, because the logistics cost is seven tenths in the total cost. However, China’s oil enterprises is at a disadvantage, firstly th e ingrained management mode of our country petroleum enterprises is traditionally aff ected, secondly we pay no attention to the construction of the informatization. then lo gistics management is not very good in integration and cooperation, there is no centra lized management, and at last regional phenomenon is too serious, therefore, China’s r efined oil transportation have low efficiency and high cost. Facing the great numbers and fast placement of foreign oil giants towards China’s refined oil market, we need t o improve existing logistics distribution system urgently.This study takes the Sinopec Sales Co., Ltd. Tianjin Oil Product Company as the research object, researching the improvement of the distribution system of the finished product oil logistics. Based on detailed introduction to the branch-Tianjin petroleum company basic situation, the logistics management and logistics operation mode of the structure, found that Tianjin oil logistic company has the following problems;firstly, a structure of transportation logistics is not reasonable, oil depot layout is not reasonable and the utilization rate is low. The unreasonable transportation is the most serious problem. the second distribution way becomes passive and the information technology becomes low etc.. These problems have become the important bottleneck of refined oil modern in Tianjin Oil Product Company.For existing in the logistics management of petroleum enterprises in China the problems mentioned above and this thesis mainly through the logistics management in Tianjin Branch of the group as an example to carry on the discussion. Summed up the present development situation and there are problems need to be solved. And finally there are suggestions to improve the present situation of logistics management: improve the accuracy of the prediction; optimization of inventory management; enhance the management level of information distribution and high management level etc. At the same time, the specific program has carried on the empirical calculation, demonstrate the feasibility of the scheme, the scheme can indeed improve the efficiency of logistics and distribution companies, and save to improve logistics management purposes to gain more economic benefit certain cost.
