| With the development of social and economy, the environmental problems, resources problems and ecological problems has become a severe test that we had to face. As one of the most active elements of social economic, corporate economic activities has a huge impact on the environment, especially heavily polluting enterprises, always cause serious pollution to the social environment. Therefore these corporates should bear the corresponding environmental responsibility. Leather enterprise as very typical polluting corporates in our country, the environmental responsibility has become the necessary responsibility for the leather corporate to fulfill. Therefore, according to the characteristic of leather industry, to build an evaluation system of environmental responsibility has an immeasurable significance to the whole industry and the performance of environmental responsibility to the leather corporate.So far the study of the evaluation index system of enterprise environmental responsibility always focus on the indicators which as enterprise environmental performance indicators, environmental law indicators both in the west or in China, enterprise environment ethics indicators, we can find few studies from a particular industry, which makes the established evaluation index system of environmental responsibility lack of practicability. Therefore to establish a set of evaluation index system of industry characteristics of corporate environmental responsibility is imperative. Based on this starting point, this paper trying to build a more complete and applicable leather evaluation index system of enterprise environmental responsibility from the perspective of environmental responsibility and leather industry characteristics.According to this idea, First this paper introduces the theoretical basis about the evaluation of corporate environmental responsibility, and on the basis of referencing to domestic and foreign enterprise evaluation index of environmental responsibility, combining with the characteristic of leather industry, this paper build a set of evaluation index system of leather enterprise environmental responsibility, then using the analytic hierarchy process and expert scoring method to determine the weights of the indexes. After that, it evaluates the corporate performance of environmental responsibility by using the evaluation index system and FCE. To quantitative index and moderate index in this paper, we build membership functions, and for the qualitative index in this paper, we using expert scoring method. Than calculate the performance of environmental responsibility of M leather enterprise is good, but there still exist some problems in the aspects of resources and energy consumption, pollutant discharge and comprehensive utilization of resources. Than we put forward suggestions from government, corporation and public supervision aspect for corporation environmental responsibility to leather enterprises. Finally, elaborated the conclusion, the shortage and the limitations of the paper, and then put forward the direction for future research. |
