Influence Study Of Logistics Park Planning To Urban Economic Development Based On The System Dynamics Model

The degree of development in modern logistics industry reflects the level of city's economic development.As China's logistics industry is set up relatively late,with rapid and constant development over recent years,currently the capacity of China's logistics industry is inadequate,compared to developed countries.there is still a wide gap waiting to be filled.Since the level of logistics development has significant influence on economic development,and logistics park is a benchmark in terms of modern logistics industry's development,consequently reasonable construction of the logistics park has a great impact on the development of urban economy.In order to better guide the development of the logistics industry and facilitate the city's economic development,research on mutual relationship and influence between the construction of the logistics park and urban economy is particularly important.Moreover,further research and investigation would serve as a model for logistics park being built or ready to be built nation wide.Therefore,the topic of this paper has important practical significance.for the time being the analysis of the correlation between logistics park construction and urban economic development stays at a qualitative level,and the degree of being close between the two dose not have a precise concept.Begin with methods combined quality and quantity,the paper applies the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and multiple-layer fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to the relationship between the logistics park construction and urban economic development level for exploitation.Finally draw a conclusion on how much the development of the logistics park affects urban economic development,demonstrates the necessity of further analysis and research on them.Although the existing economic growth theory can provide theory reference up to a point for the mutual relationship between construction of logistics park and urban economic growth,having considered economic globalization and regional economic integration,logistics park construction has a profound impact on all aspects of the city's economic development,which need to be analyzed synthetically.And system dynamics theory can effectively interpret complex dynamic feedback problems.with the aim to understand the impact of logistics park construction on the city's economic development in a more clearly,more long-term,more dynamic way,according to system dynamics theory and other related theory,this paper build a corresponding system dynamics simulation model to forecast the development trend of both within the next decade,thus better guiding the development of logistics park and urban economy.Modeling optimization based on the theory of system dynamics provides a new research idea for the analysis of the logistics park construction and urban economic development.Therefore,this paper topic has an important theoretical significance.This paper takes three logistics parks in Chongqing for example,combining the special Geographical conditions of Chongqing,establishing a system dynamics model about logistics park construction impact on urban economic development,which comprehensively analyzes the impact of logistics park construction on urban economic development,predicting the development of logistics park construction and urban economic development within the next ten years,illustrating some actual problems.
