Comprehensive Evaluation And Empirical Research On Industry Development Level Of Jiangxi Province

As a dominant industry of the national economy, industry is the main power to promote national economic growth. Evaluating the industry development level of a region contributes to adjust the local industrial structure and coordination among its social economy and ecological environment. Since the reform and opening up, the industry of Jiangxi province has been developed rapidly. Currently, three industrial structure of Jiangxi province has been transformed from “one-two-three”mode to“three-one-two”mode. The industry has become main force to absorb labor force and boost the economic development. Based on the evaluation on industry development level of Jiangxi province during the Twelfth-Five-Year-Plan period, this paper proposes the measures to improve industry development level of Jiangxi province during the Thirteenth-Five-Plan period.This paper firstly cards the industry related theory on the basis of a review of home and aboard industry research, and introduces the definition and theoretical basis.And then, this paper analyses current situation of Jiangxi's industry development level and problems.Secondly, based on analysis the principles of index system established, this paper builds the industry development level evaluation index system of Jiangxi province and uses APH to evaluate the industry development level of Jiangxi province. The main results of research were described as following:(1) industry development level of Jiangxi province took on an upward trend on the whole;(2) the traditional industry was the main force of industrial development, and development level of labor concentrated industry was higher, but its ecological effect was poorer;(3)high technology industry developed rapidly, but there still had differences among six provinces in central China;(4)the development level of resources-intensive industry,which is high energy consumption and high emission, was low.Finally, according to the results of the evaluation of industrial development level of Jiangxi province, this paper finds the problems in the development of industry of Jiangxi province and proposes the measures to improve industry development level of Jiangxi province during the Thirteenth-Five-Plan period. Firstly, upgrade traditional industry and promote the conservation culture; Secondly, improve the high technology industry R&D ability and lower production cost.
