Research On Influential Factors Of Farmers' Technology Adoption In Industrilization Poverty Alleviation

The industry poverty alleviation project of "hundreds of companies thousand village" was began from 2013 in Shanxi province in order to speed up the process of rural poverty,and this project takes the enhance of farmers' production capacity,increase of farmers' income levels and improve of farmers' living quality as the ultimate goal.Under the background of poverty alleviation in industry and scientific technology,the farmers as the basis unit of individual behavior research in poor areas,the understanding of farmers' cognition about technology and analyzing the behavior of Technology adoption of farmers can not only contribute to the development of agricultural science and technology innovation,but also contribute to promote the implementation process of industry poverty alleviation project of "hundreds of companies thousand village" as well as its effect.By the rural industry survey about rural poverty alleviation elemented by team members of "to promote industrial hundred enterprises thousand village poverty alleviation" in Shanxi Normal University in 2014,the thesis studies farmers' agricultural technology adoption in agricultural technology diffusion.Firstly,through the review and summary of the related literature about agricultural technology diffusion,the thesis puts forward theoretical basis of the change of farmers' behaviors in agricultural technology diffusion;secondly,through case analysis,the thesis summarizes the process of farmers' technology adoption agricultural technology diffusion,and conduct comparison and analysis on different influence of village cadres' different behaviors on farmers' cognition,technology adoption and adoption effect;finally,the thesis explores village organization and rural specification's influence on farmers' cognition,technology adoption and adoption effect,and conducts statistical test of the influence factors through regression model.(1)Agricultural technology cognition significantly influenced by personal characteristics,family characteristics,rural specification and activity participation.Farmers who have a higher level of education are likely to earn more and they will have a high cognition degree of technology at the same time.In addition,the concept of farmers was significantly and positively correlated with the influence of their lineal elders,and their enthusiasm to take part in Village activity.(2)The behavior of technology adoption is significantly influenced by the farmers personal characteristics,and have significant effect on agricultural technical qualifications.The farmers who owned stronger will and higher education were more likely to obtain the agricultural technical qualifications.However,listening to opinions of lineal relative such parents does have negative correlation with agricultural technology training.(3)As to the effect of agricultural technology adoption,the participation in the village activities was significantly and positively correlated with the evaluation of technical adoption effect.Either not willing or participation for some requires was significantly and negatively correlated with the evaluation of technical adoption effect.Farmers who have junior high school education and under was significantly and negatively correlated with the evaluation of technical adoption effect while senior high school education and above was significantly and positively correlated with the evaluation of technical adoption effect.The less the farmers earn,the worse evaluation of technical adoption effect they have.However,the farmers general recognition of social regulation will have negatively influence to the evaluation of technical adoption effect.According to the empirical research results,based on the existence problem of the role transition of village cadres and poor situation of technology adoption,this paper put forward pertinence measures to improve the agricultural technology adoption from three aspects which including village cadres,farmers and countryside.And thus put forward suggestions to promote the implementation of industrialization of poverty alleviation projects of "hundreds of companies thousand village" and improve farmers' living standard ultimately.
