Research On The Value Chain Of The Pig Industry

China is the world's largest consumer of pork,pork is the most important source of protein in the daily diet of Chinese consumers,so pork is of great significance for China's food safety.However,China's rural financial services can not meet the needs of the pig industry,especially the development of the pig industry has been limited by the lack of money.This paper focus on the live pig industry financing as the research object,research the financing problems of China's pig industry from the perspective of value chain,in some extent maybe alleviate or solve the problem of difficult financing in pig breeding industry,reduced the financing cost and risk,and keep the balance between participant.In the first chapter,this paper introduces the background and significance of the research.The second chapter introduces the basic theory of the agricultural value chain financing.The third chapter describes the status of pig industry in China,as well as financing difficulties that farmers face to,and analyze the reason of the pig industry financing difficulties.Chapter four firstly based on the theory of network effects,through the bellman function construction financing value model,analysis of the search cost and network effects between value chain financing and bank financing,from the theoretical analysis perspective,compares the "value" of two kinds of financing modes.Then in the perspective of hog man,with cost-benefit analysis,through the relevant statistical data of 2008-2013,analysis of the changes of cost and income in value chain financing of farmers breeding pigs from microcosmic angle.The fifth chapter through pig industry value chain case analysis of Anhui province Antai Agricultural group,research the operation of value chain financing mode,using the SWOT analysis method in the analysis of the case.Finally,get inspiration from the above discussion,try to give some policy recommendations.Compared to the pig industry value chain financing mode and traditional bank financing,in search costs and network effects,the pig industry value chain financing mode has more advantages,based on trade value chain financing can reduce the information asymmetry,reduce the occurrence of moral hazard.Value chain financing helps to establish a stable trading relationship,reduce search costs,improve production benefits,to promote the development of China's pig industry,to solve pig farmers' problem of financing.
