Nurture And Build The Chain Of Hunan Cigarette Industry Countermeasures

At present, industry chain issue and how to cultivate and construct superior industry chain, is a subject urgently to be studied, and in the course of developing superior industries and advancing industrialization in Hunan Province, its cigarette industry is facing the reform pressure too. So in the frame of industry chain in this paper, we comprehended theories of economics, management, and cigarette industry's actual conditions, studied contents of six respects as followings: Firstly, industry chain theory research; Secondly, research of how institutions and contracts influence the topological nature of organization; Thirdly, positive research of the course in which cigarette industry in Hunan Province grows up; Fourthly, the operation mechanism and current situation analysis of the cigarette industry chain in Hunan Province; Fifthly, positive research of integration and excellent degree of the industry chain in Hunan Province; Sixthly, the strategic countermeasure frame of cultivating and constructing superior cigarette industry chain in Hunan Province.The characteristics of this paper are as follows: Firstly, proceeding from economics, we have defined the industry chain, its differences and correlations with such concepts as value chain, supply chain, innovation chain, industry value chain; Secondly, we have defined the superior industry chain, put forward with judging frame of superior industry chain, carried on positive research into it; Thirdly, we have studied the countermeasure of structuring superior industry chain in terms of constitution, contract and organization; Fourthly, we have studied the cigarette industry reform in terms of industry chain; Fifthly, we have studied the organization characteristics and reform of cigarette industry in a small region.The study on industry chain and cigarette industry reform still shoulders heavy responsibilities, and we have only done exploratory analysis, aiming at casting a brick to attract jade, we expect that more colleagues can continue to deepen the research in this respect.
