Design On Equity Incentive Of G Corp

In recent years,human capital as the core competitiveness of enterprise is generally preferred in modern enterprises.The competition of the enterprises,whether products competition or management level competition,in essence,is the competition of human capital.Therefore,strengthening human capital incentive for employees,establishing a scientific,systematic and effective incentive system,letting the employees as a shareholder to participate in corporate decision-making,to bear the risk and share the results,making the enterprises in an invincible position in the competition,is particularly essential.For the company of ownership concentration,the controlling shareholder of the company’s participation in decision making is too high,easily lead to serious problems about profit expropriate.By introducing the high-quality management personnel and technical backbone,and motivating them some stake,allowing them to participate in corporate decision-making resolution,just to solve this problem their involvement in decision-making,can solve this problem.When the company reaches a certain stage of development,adopting the policy of equity incentive is the wise decision.Equity incentive which will become the interest of owners and operators to uniform can bring long-term development of the company.This paper mainly studies the staff motivation of G Corp and a set of practical equity incentives is prepared to offer G Corp.In the first section,the research background and its significance,the reviews of domestic and foreign experts,its content and innovation are introduced.The second chapter provides an overview of current theory and relevant elements of incentive stock options.The third chapter,by survey of the excitation current situation,analyzed the problem of G’s current situation and provided the necessity and feasibility of the equity incentive.In the four section of this paper,a set of equity incentives is designed for G Corp.Finally,the guarantee mechanisms ensure the smooth implementation of equity incentive plan.
