| As information management software, ERP can integrate the information of different functions in organization, such as finance, human, logistics. If the enterprise can implement ERP successfully, it can reduce the company’s operating costs; management costs effectively and improves the low operation efficiency which is caused by old management model. The management level will be improved. And enterprise can coordinate the internal and external resources and enhance the core competitiveness. ERP can make a great contribution to the increase of the economic value. In enterprises, although the scope of the ERP system implementation is very broad, situation is not optimistic. Companies spend a lot of manpower, material and financial resources, but its effectiveness is unsatisfactory, the success rate is very low. How to find the key success factors of ERP implementation process and determine the relative importance of these key factors and solutions are the company’s current problems that need to be solved.This thesis collects data by way of questionnaire surveys, in which the respondents are ERP project managers. This paper firstly identifies the independent variables, dependent variables through literature review, and further determines the dimensions and specifies indicators of each variable and then makes a measurement scale and recalls 87 effective samples at last. This paper applies multivariate regression analysis and constructs regression model which makes 5 key success factors its independent variables and the success of ERP system its dependent variable.The recalled statistical analysis manifests that the five key factors make a positive contribution to the success of ERP system. Results sorted by the degree of importance are business processes reform, corporate culture and organization, project management and optimization, ERP strategy and goal programming, continuous optimization of ERP on the line. Companies can make arrangement of ERP implementation effectively. |
