Nowadays, customer requirements for specialized and customized logistics services have increased. Many logistics enterprises have also begun considering a change in logistics service mode while providing the mass logistics service. These logistics enterprises have attempted to provide mass customization logistics service(MCLS) instead of only mass logistics service. In the MCLS environment, numerous logistics enterprises spontaneously forma logistics service supply chain(LSSC) through unions and integrations to meet customized demand and offer largescale services. In order to make sure the LSSC operate well, logistics service integrator(LSI) needs to be determine the reasonable number of outsourcing, namely configurating and coordinating well with Functional logistics service provider(FLSP).With the development of science and technology and increasingly fierce competition, customer demand is more and more uncertainty. Therefore, how to better configuration and coordination of LSI's capacity study is very important for LSI. But about how to make capacity configuration research has yet to meet. As a result, based on the background LSSC, this essay explores how to carry out capacity configuration problem under the environment of mass customization which include order allocation, capacity design, contract seletion, capacity scheduling research. This essay provides necessary theoretical reference basis for scientific decision in the operation of logistics enterprises in the actual practice.This essay first reviews the most relevant research, including mass customization, supply chain capacity configuration, supply chain capacity coordination and for the essay lay a theoretical foundation. Next, in view of the logistics service supply chain under the environment of mass customization service capacity allocation problem, were studied the following four aspects, respectively is:(1) the order allocation. LSI allocate the customer order, FLSP follow the order allocation. Assume that demand is uncertain. LSSC order allocation model is established. in order to maximize the satisfaction of FLSP, minimize the total cost of LSI, maximize the customized degree of customer, this essay establishes an multi-objective order allocation model of LSSC which is constrained by meeting the demand, Customer Order Postponement Decoupling Point(CODP) and order difference tolerance coefficient., which provides the theory basis for reasonable order allocation for the main body in the supply chain.(2) the integrator capacity design problem. Consider ability does not match the cost of punishment, on this basis, considering the cost such as the goal, integrators order decision model is established, and analyze the different types of decision variables on the impact of the optimal decision.(3) contract seletion in capacity procurement under the updated demand. This essay explores the conditions of when LSI benefits from using buy-back contract on in its logistics service supply chain capabilities procurement decision making under the environment of demand updating and mass customization service. We established logistics service integrator(the LSI) profit model of the LSI respectively in the case of with buy-back contract and without buy-back contract. We also studyied the influence of the customized cost coefficient, demand updating degree and the service price on the choice of buy-back contract and found many important propositions and inferences.(4) capacity scheduling empirical research. First, this essay gives the key characteristics analysis of supply and demand environment under mass customization and find the basic framework of the demand and supply analysis. Based on this framework, we choose the corresponding five cases enterprises. Based on the framework, this essay gives the eight hypotheses, and use five companies to text hypothesis. We have many conclusion. Finally, this essay gives the research conclusion and the future prospects.
