A Study On Development Model Of Community Bank Of Shanghai Development Bank In Zhengzhou

Community bank, as China's new banking model, is located in and providing service for residents, small businesses and various community groups, originated in the United States.Compared with traditional banks, community banks are smaller and have lower cost. They provide differentiated Services.December 2013 China Banking Regulatory Commission issued a document which encouraged small and medium commercial banks setting up community bank. After the study of theory and some exploration, this is the first time community bank in China got its official top-level design and system specification.Community bank, as an innovative financial system in China can make better service for residents, small businesses and other community groups and solve China's grass-roots financial hollowing-out problem. What's more, it can enrich the breadth and depth of China's banking industry and improve competition. In this way, banks provide more products and optimize banking resources.In this paper, research methods are literature review and case studies. Shanghai Pudong Development Bank Zhengzhou community bank is selected as the main object. The research of its development model is about several angles:site selection, operation model, forms of marketing and personnel management.Cost control, product applications, platform support and performance evaluation are Shanghai Pudong Development Bank Zhengzhou community bank's enlightenment. Then present the shortcomings of Shanghai Pudong Development Bank Zhengzhou community bank and put forward the corresponding proposal.By the end of the third quarter 2015,Shanghai Pudong Development Bank Zhengzhou Branch has built 16 community banks.The financial assets of community bank reached 4.4 billion yuan.Savings deposits amounted to 2.64 billion yuan.Shanghai Pudong Development Bank Zhengzhou community bank has a rapid development and higher financial assets along with savings deposits in Henan province.The development of community bank can promote traditional bank branch transformation and seize the market opportunities.
