Retail business in the proportion of total income of commercial banks in the growing, becoming the focus of the development of many commercial banks. The domestic commercial banks in the retail business income accounted for 50%-70%. At the present stage in China is in the new economic norm, downward pressure on the economy, "financial disintermediation becomes more and more serious, and market-oriented interest rate and impact of Internet banking, retail banking business competition is more intense, the situation even more severe.This research has combed the related concepts and theoretical basis of the retail business of commercial banks, and analyzes the new characteristics of the retail business of commercial banks. Commercial banks are becoming the main source of income, the customer relationship management is the key to the business development. On the basis of this, the foreign commercial banks, Citibank, China Merchants Bank, for example, sum up the experience of the successful development of retail business.PF bank Zhengzhou branch was established in April 2001, after 14 years of rapid development, has grown into an important financial power in Henan Province, the bank’s retail business has also made tremendous progress. However, the retail business income structure is irrational, the business innovation is not homogeneous, the level of customer relationship management is still a big gap, the bank and other self-service channel development is still a big gap, retail business outlets and personnel, network business efficiency and service quality problems, this research is to establish a "customer centered" concept, based on this research, this study focuses on these issues.
