The Study On Technology Capital Operation Promote Financial Capability Of The First Heavy Industries

Through the development of the company in recent years,we can find that the most of the company which is lack of technical support or too depend on natural factors and labor price advantage has been more and more difficult to survive.The reason is the lack of core technology. So if the company wants to get a continued operation,it should pay more attention to the technology capital operation to improve the company's core competitiveness.Machinery manufacturing industry is the key point of industry transformation,so this requires company to give more anttention to the core technology.In recent years,company invested a lot of money in technology research and development,so technology capital operation reasearch of machinery manufacturing company has become more and more important.At present,some company still do not really know the value of technology capital and its effect on the financial capability,so systematically analyse the function of the technology capital operation to create value and the promotion effect on the financial capability has become an important issue.This paper adopts the method of case study analysis,choose the more representative company of the mechanical manufacturing industry-First Heavy Industries as an example.This paper applies the theories about the techonlogy capital operation,combination of the First Heavy Industries's situation about technology capital operation,analyzes the technology capital operation's promotion effect about company's financial capability,and give some relevant suggestions and opinions.In this paper,the theory of technology capital operation is carried out in detail,the four stages of technical capital operation are analyzed,such as collect,identify,market operation and put into use.On the basis of this,the influence of technical capital operation on the financial capability of the enterprise is further studied.On the basis of introducing theory,this paper also combined with the actual situation of the First Heavy Industries to be analysis. In the process of analysis,it is found that there are some advantages in the four stages of the capital operation of the First Heavy Industries,but there is also a need for improvement. According to the specific circumstances of the First Heavy Industries,this paper puts forward some reasonable suggestions on the technology capital operation environment and technology capital operational capacity of the First Heavy Industries.
