At the same time, it works out the weight value by using software-yaahp9.2 based on the data by designing the questionnaire survey and collecting from the professors. Then making the empirical research of the national science and technology business incubator hatching capacity of Jiangxi province in 2014 based on the relevant data from national torch center in 2015 and the science and technology information institute in Jiangxi province. At the meantime, evaluating comprehensive incubating ability of national science andtechnology business incubators in Jiangxi. And it is benefit for newly-established firm selecting their own incubators.Finally, the paper provide some suggests improving the capacity of national science and technology business incubators in Jiangxi, including strengthen the incubator hatching fund mechanism, attach great importance to the incubator investment on public technology platform, actively recruit excellent mentors in the incubator, strengthen the graduated from the incubated enterprises efficiency,strengthen the incubated enterprises talent team construction and establish overall investment and financing mechanism in the incubated enterprises. At the same time,points out the limitations of this study and the future prospects.
