Since 1990 s, network marketing began to appear and gradually rise. With the further popularization of the Internet, especially in the concept of "Internet plus" is widely recognized in 2014 after the network marketing for enterprises, seems to have been imperative trend. However, for many domestic small and medium enterprises, network marketing is a relatively new thing, most of the enterprises focus more on traditional marketing channels of ideas, especially the traditional type of small and medium-sized enterprises, the network marketing awareness is not clear. Network marketing is not only an opportunity for the enterprise, but also a challenge. In addition to the traditional channels, how to further improve the network marketing, how to better the offline and online marketing organically, is must face and solve business problems.This paper reviewed a large number of Chinese and foreign literature on different network marketing theory and the classical case, the integrated use of the methods of literature analysis and comparative research, the Chinese medicine health tea enterprise ShiCaoTang as the research object. Firstly, the definition and methods of network marketing are reviewed, and compared the current situation of domestic and international network marketing, theory preparation for the study of network marketing strategy later, next to the Chinese medicine health tea enterprise ShiCaoTang the current situation of network marketing are introduced and analyzed, found some problems, and ShiCaoTang online shopping consumer groups are selected to analyze and judge, on this basis, the network marketing strategy of ShiCaoTang is put forward some improvement methods and suggestions, provide the impetus for the better in terms of network marketing development.
