Internet represents the trend of global information, however, mobile communication represents the trend of communication personalization. Mobile Internet, combining those trends, outlines bright future of communication personalization and information. With the innovation of the Internet, mobile Internet has become the trend of mobile applications and Internet industry. In future, it may produce more wealth in the mobile Internet field. In order to get out of predicament soon, traditional telecom operators should adapt the change of times actively, have a continuous innovation and development towards direction of mobile Internet and accelerate the transformation.In this paper we put Hebei Mobile as research object. By analyzing history, current situation and development trend of Internet, combined with operations and facing difficulties of Hebei Mobile, and SWOT analysis study, we put forward reasonable suggestions for Hebei Mobile Internet positioning and development. Further, we make appropriate measures to deal the impact of Internet, and manage precisely to market operations and network support. Keep focus and develop on traffic management, we make sure that Hebei Mobile continue to maintain the leader of market and network to other telecom operators. Meanwhile, we put an in-depth analyzation to Hebei Mobile management mechanism and sectors cooperation, and propose optimization solutions. By focusing on customer needs and streamline KPI assessment and operating the network in direction to market, we hope to improve management efficiency of Hebei Mobile, make a good working environment and train a number of innovative talents.
