A Study Of Village Organization Influence The Farmer’s Income In The Industrial Poverty Alleviation

In the past 10 years,agricultural industrialization has become an important way to achieve poverty reduction objectives,and governments at all levels will also regard it as an important means to increase the income of farmers in poor areas.However,agricultural industrialization poverty alleviation needs the village organizations,including the village cadres,specialized farmer cooperatives promote the implementation of industry in poor areas.At present,the rural grass-roots organizations in China as a driving force for farmers to develop agricultural industrialization is particularly inadequate.How to play the role of village level organizations in the industrialization of poverty alleviation also need to carry on the theoretical research.At present,scholars have also noted the role of village cadres,cooperatives and other village organizations in helping farmers to increase income,However,under the background of industrialization,the village level organization is less affected by the income level,income level and income structure of farmers.This paper attempts to analyze the influence of village level organizations on the income of farmers from three aspects.We regard the farmers in poor areas as the research object,using the interview data and questionnaire survey data in the poverty-stricken areas of Z County in S Province.Using the theoretical analysis,qualitative analysis and model analysis,to study the influence factors of farmers’ income awareness,income level and income structure.First of all,based on the existing research results of scholars,using the method of theory,establishing the theoretical framework of affecting factors about farmers income consciousness,income level,income structure;Secondly,using the data of interview,including the typical village、the sample cooperatives,using qualitative analysis method to analyze the affecting factors of farmers’ income consciousness,income level,and income structure,refined the theoretical framework which is summarized by the existing literature;Thirdly,by using binary and multivariate logistic model and other statistical methods,using the data to verify the theoretical model which about the income of consciousness,the income level and income structure.Finally,according to the analysis results and putting forward to targeted recommendations about improving the income awareness,the income level and promoting the diversification of income sources.The study found: in the part of the income consciousness,the affection of farmers’ own human capital,social capital and political capital on income consciousness is more obvious.However,the village cadres,cooperatives and other organizations will also change the conservative income consciousness of farmers;In terms of income levels,In addition to the impact of livelihood capital,if farmers join in cooperatives,participate in the businesschain,they will improve the income level through improving the prices of agricultural products,reducing the cost.In the income structure,participation in cooperatives and leading enterprises will increase the farmers’ operating income.They provide to the farmers’ employment opportunities will also increase the wage income.The cooperative and enterprises distribute dividends will also increase the property income.The village organizations provide subsidies for the villagers will increase transfer income.The conclusion may be on the impact of village organization which is in industrial poverty alleviation in Shanxi province to provide reference in leading farmers to achieve income growth.
