| With the continued turmoil in the international economic situation, leading to international oil prices sustained fall, domestic petroleum enterprises are facing great crisis of survival and development, and increases the uncertainty of the external environment which organizations face. Cohesion has become a vital internal factor which will affect the survival and development of enterprises. Enterprises implement scientific management to enhance the cohesion of the enterprises, help enterprises and staffs get through tough times together, so as to improve the employees’ commitment and loyalty to the enterprises. Lowering demission rate of staffs has become a vital issue which affects health and sustainable development of domestic oilfield enterprises, and a significant topic which domestic scholars and the general petroleum workers’pay attention to. Charismatic leadership, as a leadership and management style, has an extraordinary meaning to the existence and development of enterprises. Clarifying the relationship between charismatic leaders and cohesion of petroleum enterprises has very important practical significance for oil companies casting off the difficult position.This paper base on the oil enterprises realistic background of efficiency declining, the great pressure of reform and innovation and enterprise cohesion weakening. With a focus on the relationship between charismatic leadership and the cohesion of the enterprises. Firstly, the paper presents a research review on the related theory of charismatic leadership and the enterprise cohesion, develops a related scale which combined with the particularity of petroleum enterprise, and put forward the hypothesis of this study; secondly, this paper is a study of relationship between petroleum enterprises of charismatic leadership and corporate cohesion by adopting the investigation method of the questionnaire to collect relevant data; Finally, SPSS and Amos statistical tools are used to handle the obtained data for factor analysis, correlation analysis, regression analysis, path analysis and so on.The results show that the charismatic leadership of oil companies includes five dimensions:caring about employees, vision and expressions, role model, innovation spirit and empowerment. Leaders should be good at shaping and expressing the vision. Vision incentives can stimulate the enthusiasm of members of the organizations effectively, and improve the identity of members for the value of the work the and internal cohesion of enterprises. The enterprise cohesion includes two dimensions of interpersonal cohesion and enterprise cohesion mainly. Caring about employees, role model and innovative spirit of Charismatic leadership of oil companies are affecting the enterprise’s interpersonal cohesion and task cohesion positively. The leader of petroleum enterprise shape personal style through their own personality characteristics which can improve the identity of the organization members to the leadership behavior, And they are more willing to assist with other members to promote the organization’s cohesion. Petroleum Enterprise charismatic leadership authorization effects on interpersonal cohesion positively.and authorization behavior of petroleum enterprise leadership can stimulate the employees’potential,so as to realize their own value, and at the same time it will improve job satisfaction and decrease the turnover rate. |
