Study On EPC Project Risk Early Warning Mechanism Of International Offshore LNG Industry

In recent years, huge reserves of natural gas as a resource and access to clean and easy style energy, much attention and favor. After being liquefied compressed natural gas due to the formation of liquefied natural gas LNG(Liquefied Natural Gas) have high energy density and characteristics that can be transported long distances, has become the new focus of the world's oil and gas industry industry, with the reduction of easy oil and gas resources on land and at sea gas concern, the major international oil giants are gradually profit business perspective into the liquefied natural gas LNG, liquefied natural gas LNG will become traditional energy- under the oil after easily lead to a global competition for popular energy. This paper argues that the risks need to focus on prevention, how to identify risks and define the key risk areas is particularly important, which is the main content of this paper.The risk management of the offshore LNG international EPC projects as the study issue, having the based on researching and clarifying in EPC projects, international projects features, risk warning and international project risk warning on the project,and having the perspective of comparation of the nomal projects and the offshore LNG international EPC projects,using the fuzzy AHP to the offshore LNG industry international EPC project risk, making a example to analysis and identify specific risks of the offshore LNG international EPC projects, establishing a risk early warning mechanism.This study offers a good support to the LNG company.This study will help the authors' institution on an offshore LNG international EPC project risk improve preventing and managing capabilities, while improving the risk warning mechanism of LNG offshore international EPC projects, improving management of maritime LNG in international EPC contracting business project the process of risk awareness and risk management capabilities throughout, and ultimately achieving the goal of improving the profitability of offshore LNG contracting business and international market competitiveness.
