With the development of society, people's income level has increased greatly, but the degree of happiness is stalled. Happiness will not only benefit the physical and mental health of individual,and have great important influence on the development of organizational,but also promote social stability and progress. Under the context of China, against the special cultural background of people paying more attention to the “guanxi”when they contact with others and leader being the core position in the enterprise, employeesaccess to resources and space, promotion, training, authorization and other factors are all closely related to thediscretion quality of the relationship with the leadership. Whether or how much resource they can getis directly related to employee satisfaction and happiness. The current study ofenterprise employee happiness is still not in-depth enough.Influence mechanism of how quality of relationship between leader and their subordinates impacts on employee well-being is still not clear.In this paper, through the collection and analysis of 320 empiricalquestionnaire based on paired samples, we discuss the influence mechanism of LMX and employee well-being. The internal relationship of LMX, affective commitment, perceived insider status and employee well-being.The results show as follow:(1) The relationship between LMX and employee well-being is significantly positiveorrelation.In another word, high quality LMX can enhance the employee's sense of happiness and affective commitment plays a partial mediating role.In addition, the paper also gives interval definition to leader- member exchange and the level of happiness.(2) Affective commitment plays a partial intermediary role between LMX and employee well-being. The emotional dimension ofleader-member exchange, affective commitment and emotional dimension of employee well-being have significant correlation between the three.(3) Hierarchical regression equation analysis results also show that perceived insider status plays a significant positive moderating effect role between LMX and employee well-being.With high perceived insider status, employee can obtain higher degree of happiness in the interactive process with their leaders.Insider identity cognition under the different quality of led leader-member exchange relationship into the influence of "N" trend.In addition, this article also verifies perceived insider status has significant positive effect on affectivecommitment, which mediates the relationship between leadermember and well-being.
