On the other hand, the unreasonable compensation management system can lead to staffs discontent, lead to many barriers and the low efficiency of enterprise loss for this reason, even in crisis.This thesis through sino-foreign joint venture water company-haikou veolia water co., LTD., as the research object, in accordance with the "why-what aspects to optimize-how to optimize-effect and how to guarantee smooth running" research train of thought, Combined with the theories of compensation management, using the method of statistical analysis, investigation, diagnosis, interview to conduct a comprehensive analysis, try to establish a set of suitable for company, normative and reasonable compensation management system. This thesis mainly talks about from the following aspects:first, summarizes the research background and significance, research ideas and methods, compensation management of related theory and the research trend of compensation management at home and abroad; Second, To diagnose the current management status of compensation management system, discover the existing problems and causes; Then, from four aspects to expound the specific content of optimization:the post management optimization, compensation management optimization, performance appraisal optimization, welfare management optimization; In the end, may achieve the effect of optimization schemes are analyzed, and put forward the optimization scheme safeguards run smoothly.This thesis aims to research and analyze haikou veolia water joint venture's current compensation management system, Optimize a set of based on the post management, performance oriented compensation management system.
