Research On Risk Evaluation System Of High-Tech Entrepreneurial Enterprises

As the economic globalization deepens and China's national economy develops rapidly, science and technology has become one of the main driving forces of economic development. And the high tech startup, as a new force, plays a significant role in promoting progress in science and technology and increasing employment. But as for the high tech startup, its high product additional value, high technology content and short life cycle make it become the typical enterprise of high risk. Therefore, how to effectively reduce the enterprise risk, lengthen the enterprise life cycle and strive to obtain the maximum economic benefits has become the realistic problem that cannot be avoided. Hence, this paper carries on the thorough research on the risk evaluation system of the high tech startup to provide the theory reference for the high tech startup.This paper utilized the high technology start-ups risk evaluation system of building as the key point of research. Firstly, on the basis of defining the hightech enterprises definition, the characteristics of its risk and the causes clearly, this paper built the high-tech business enterprise risk evaluation indicator system of primary; Secondly, on the basis of primary risk evaluation indicators, this paper chose the key indicators by using the method of group decision root; Thirdly, this paper put up forward the analysis process of the high technology start-ups enterprise risk evaluation factors,determined the weights and risk measurement by using the analytic hierarchy process(AHP), consequently, It is concluded that the risk level of each risk index, and then to control the risk and risk indicators; Finally, using the risk evaluation system which was built in the preceding part of the text, this paper made an empirical research on HBA which is engaged in the study of bearing. On one hand, this empirical research tested the rationality of the evaluation index system of high-tech venture enterprise risk, on the one hand, this empirical research made a risk assessment and analysis of HBA company level and provided theoretical basis for the company's risk management.
