As the increase of Mobile Internet users, the gradually expanded demand in mobile market has brought opportunities to China Telecom Group. However, in the background of the economic marketization in China, the competitive factor has come out and is strengthened in the telecommunication industry. It is still worth discussion to China Telecom Group that how to seize the opportunities, how to realize the reform and transformation, and how to find new profit resources.As Fuxin Telecom of the primary marketing unit in China Telecom Group, this article discusses exploration and research of the transformation in the enterprise marketing. Combining with the specific examples and following the basic laws of marketing, the Fuxin Telecom market proposes management model of private contracting, according to marketing situation and the analysis of internal and external marketing environment. This article reestablishes the target market and the market localization of Fuxin Telecom, and formulates specific product strategies, pricing strategies, channel strategies, promotional strategies, product differentiation strategies and service strategies.
