Agriculture is the foundation of our national economy, consumption of China’s agricultural production has been in the forefront of the world. But currently there are many problems in the agricultural materials logistics market,for example, logistics service system is imperfect, management level is relatively low, information technological means is poor, and many others. They badly hinder the development of agricultural materials logistics industry in China. The remote complex distribution process is one of the important issues of agricultural materials logistics research, It became a serious problem that how to use high-tech means to plan reasonable and efficient path whose full load is optimal in order to make agricultural materials product delivered successfully.In this paper, on the basis of analyzing the current situation of the development of agricultural materials logistics, for inaccurate information during the logistics process of agricultural materials, low efficiency,it focus on the route optimization for inputs of the logistics transportation, and combines the mobile computing technology to build a "ready, portable, anywhere" agricultural integrated logistics information platform,it effectively improves the efficiency of the circulation of agricultural materials, optimizes the agricultural materials sales model, has feasibility in a degree.The main content of this paper is as follows:(1)The research of the present situation of the agricultural materials logistics informationization development. Exposition of the basic theory such as Mobile computing technology, logistics informatization and so on, combining with the abroad and domestic development of the agricultural materials logistics, analyzes the problems existing in the agricultural materials logistics field.(2)The research of improved saving algorithm and ant colony algorithm. This paper studied transportation links of the agricultural capital circulation process, established a mathematical model of vehicle routing problem, analyzed the commonly used algorithm, took pesticides as an example, collected the Anhui province agricultural materials statistics data for a year, discussed improved saving algorithm and ant colony algorithm, the experimental results show that both methods have more obvious optimization effect, it can provide aided decision for managers of agricultural materials logistics enterprises.(3)Built the agricultural logistics information platform based on mobile computing. PC platform using the B/S structure of the development, it is convenient for the management of website, the vehicle scheduling management module used an improved ant colony algorithm, when arranging transport route of the vehicle can provide certain decision reference for managers. Mobile terminal developed based on the current widely used Android system, took advantage of mobile device’s flexibility and convenience, it could be more convenient to realize the data real-time transmission and sharing, brought a new way for informatization of agricultural logistics industry.In support of scientific and technological projects in Anhui second five topics, in this paper,the results of the success of the mobile computing applied to agricultural fields of logistics services, it effectively optimized agricultural logistics management, reduced agricultural logistics costs, reducing the risk of the agricultural industry, improving the quality of logistics services, with some theoretical significance and practical value.
