This article through to the financial company HR risk control common problems and corresponding measures to the research and discussion,is to study the function of finance company itself,how to effectively control risk,which makes the financial company full use of the role of itself,can be more appropriate for the member unit of service,but also promote the development of their own.This article USES the qualitative quantitative analysis method,combining theory with practice,through the financial risk problems in the research,our company also do further improve HR financial company's risk control measures.But under the condition of financial market gradually open,at the same time as members of the enterprise group finance company and non-bank financial institutions,will be affected by a variety of risk at the same time,in the event of major risk events,not only will have a significant risk to the whole group,and even further endangering the entire financial market order.For now,most of the financial company's financial risk consciousness improved,but on the importance and relative risk aversion measures not be enough.Risk control is the lifeblood of the financial company,therefore,in this paper,the HR studies the financial company's risk control and prevention,to seek countermeasures to strengthen enterprise risk awareness,improve the preventive measures,to evade and dissolve the risk,enables the company to the healthy and orderly development.Since this year,HR financial firm to overcome the adverse factors such as credit tightening,closely around the group development strategy,with solid foundation as the main line,with increasing the concentration of funds,building group fund management platform as the goal,to further give play to the role of service support,realize the healthy development.
