Japanese auto parts export to China is an important part of the whole of Japan exports to China. At the same time, the export of auto parts industry plays an very important role in the contribution and influence of Japan's Global trade. With China surpassing Japan as the world's second largest economy, China's auto consumption demand is growing and its auto industry continues to thrive. It may have been a barrier to Japan's ehicle exports to China. However, whether the Japan's precision machining of auto parts industry will also be affected and how the impact factors constitute is an important proposition to study. This paper has carried out a lot of research on status of Japan's auto parts industry, the advantages and disadvantages of the Japanese auto parts industry, the background and the influence factors of Japan's auto parts exports to China from a macro perspective, explored the impact of Sino-Japanese economic differences in industrial structure's impact on Japan's auto parts exports to China. First, this paper made a summary of the Japan's auto parts on the export of China's current situation and academic thoughts through reading literatures and resources online. Secondly, through the logical analysis and the reasonable inference, the hypotheses for the composition factors on export of Japan's auto parts to China are proposed. Thirdly, the GDP proportion of auto industry in China (Chauto) and that in Japan (Japauto), China per capital income (lnPci) and the sales of automobile in China (lnAS), exchange rate(Exchange) and the size of population (lnPop) from 2010 to 2014 are taken as the independent variables, and the relationship between the above variables is analyzed by using the method of multiple regression analysis. The empirical results show that China's per capital income, China's auto sales, the GDP proportion of auto industry in Japan, exchange rate are significant positive impact factors, while the impacts of the GDP proportion of auto industry in China and the size of Chinese population on Japan's auto parts exports to China are not obvious. From the influence variety of each year, there is a big fluctuations in the impact of various factors on Japan's auto parts exports to China, and the impact of a variable which maintains the overall rise or decline trend dose not exist. This shows that in different years, the mechanism of what impacts the Japan's auto parts export to China is different. Among them, the impact of exchange rate (Exchange) relatively maintains a rising trend compared with the remaining five variables. With respect to auto sales volume (InAS) in China, the proportion of Chinese auto industry accounting for GDP (Chauto) and the proportion of the Japanese auto industry accounting for GDP (Japauto), the impact of these three factors increased firstly and then decreased. The common features are that their influence reached the peak in 2011 and reached the lowest point in 2013. The fluctuation of the impact of population (lnPop) is the most intense, but its impact on Japan's auto parts exports to China is not significant.
