Senben explosion proof electric (Shanghai) co., LTD., founded in 2005, mainly engaged in the design of the industrial lighting products research and development, large-scale manufacturing and modern services, to December 2013, the company in mainland China users up to more than 2000 products, domestic sales center has established nine regions in mainland China, a total of 52 a service center in order to meet the pre-sale, sale and after-sale service to customers. How to gain a competitive advantage in the economic globalization trend, in the future for more rapid and stable development is the important problem facing the company has always been.This article from the explosion-proof electrical appliances industry in China according to the present situation and future development of the external environment of the company are analyzed and discussed, and analyze the company’s current production and operation condition, technical strength, internal structure and staff internal environment factors, such as combination of porter five competitive model, industry structural dynamic model and management tools such as SWOT model, the development opportunities and challenges faced by companies, discusses and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the competition, the principle of "enterprise to define" was employed to in-depth analysis of the company, put forward with pertinence and forward-looking development strategy for the company. Finally, combining with the actual in this paper, this company product and service differentiation strategy, should be taken in the maintenance of old customers at the same time, actively explore new target groups, improve market share, make the company get new competitive advantage.
