Since 2004, LEWA founded their subsidiary (joint venture) company and started its business in China. LEWA has the capability and license for manufacturing and production of metering pumps, metering systems and packages. After delivery we are here to assist you with comprehensive field service. LEWA has established a unique marketing system with direct selling model through about 10 year development. LEWA has successfully built up about 30% market share in oil & gas, petrochemical and chemical industry as the industry leadership.With the rapid development of China petrochemical industry, which has gradually matured, the growth speed-up postpone obviously, which caused market competition intensively, beside the number of the customer accumulation and market running product is increasing, as well as the limited company resources. The customer relationship problem is simultaneously generated. LEWA face the priority problem is how to build up long time stable cooperation relationship with the customers and improve the customer satisfaction. Finally generate the brand reputation and customer loyalty in the target market, even for reality long time strength development in the target industry (Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Chemical) in future.This theory foundation is the customer relationship management (CRM), describes three typical failure cases about the company customer relationship management in the recent years, includes "Key Customer Lost", "Spare Parts Duplication", "Sales Improper Behavior", which reflect the problem of the customer services, pricing strategy, market management. Through analysis the problem of these three cases to research the LEWA company customer relationship management under the current situation.In the end, under the basis of comprehensive marketing theory included the theory of customer segmentation and maintenance, through the studies the development history and three cases studies of LEWA Company's customer relationship management, design a set of customer relations management system for LEWA company under the spirit of CRM theory. So can perfectly meet the various customer needs, then can strength the brand loyalty and keep the customer resources for long time. Even hope that LEWA can make a greater contribution for Chinese market.
