With the establishment of the socialist market economic system,our country construction enterprise fully implementing the system of project management,engineering project is the construction of production factors and reality, the place, in the construction field problems reflected in the project, thus improving the comprehensive benefits of the project, the depends on the effective management of the project, the human resources management is a management idea transformation, because any configuration errors of human resources is a run on the waste, serious and even lead to the failure of the entire project. Is common in the construction industry, human resources quality is low, the lack of resources, many phenomenon such as human resource configuration is not reasonable, so we should strengthen the recognition of the importance of talent, at the same time also want to set up a complete and the system of human resource allocation, the project configuration of human resources in science, effectively avoid the loss of talent resources, and establish the corresponding incentive and training system, maximum full play the role of human resources.
