Research The Performance Evaluation Based On EVA Of ZY Cementing Company

The central enterprises have significant influence on the national economy overall situation of state-owned enterprises or enterprise groups.the reform and development of the state is beneficial to the realization of the interests of the country,beneficial to the progress of social development,the social efficiency is huge.But state implementation of EVA performance evaluation is still faced with many practical problems need to solve.In 2012,in order to meet the requirements of management and to satisfy stockholders’ interest demands after the specializing reorganization,ZY Cementing Company expected to achieve enterprise value maximization through adjusting traditional performance evaluation and rationalizing business management by the use of EVA theory.First of all,this article gave a brief description of the current performance evaluation theory and EVA theory researching situation,and researched the practice of impelling EVA in the stated-owned enterprises.Next,this article summarized the existing performance evaluation model and method in ZPEB Cementing Company;pointing out the necessity of using EVA performance evaluation.Furthermore,this article improved the performance evaluations in ZPEB Cementing Company,respectively expounding performance evaluation targets and indexes,EVA modifying items and principles,evaluation scoring methods and relevant supporting measures.Finally,based on performance evaluation in subordinates and departments of ZY Cementing Company,this article verified the effectiveness of EVA performance evaluation,as well as advised on the application of EVA in petroleum engineering enterprises.The research indicated that ZY cementing company introduce EVA has the important guidance function,based on EVA performance evaluation management mode,not only can realize the effective implementation of the strategy of group,but also guide the enterprise management to value management,for raising the level of asset management in petroleum engineering enterprises and economic benefits have demonstration effect.
