In the current trend of rapid development of the economic globalization, the financial ties between the countries become increasingly closer. Entering the new century, our country continues to promote the reform of RMB exchange rate system to integrate complex and changing world economic environment. Domestic commercial banks, especially the rural financial institutions to expand their business scope and variety, enhanced visibility, gradually open foreign exchange business. However, rural financial institutions in the capital scale, management ability, there is a wide gap between the quality of personnel and other commercial banks, the risk management issues faced by foreign exchange operations have become increasingly prominent.We selected the rural commercial bank of Jiangsu Province who developed at the forefront of the national rural commercial banks.Then we selected the foreign exchange business as a starting point to explore the risk management issues which facing their foreign exchange business.Thesis at the beginning of the main theories for research at home and abroad, including the bank's risk management theory and foreign exchange business presentation; secondly, we introduced the rural commercial bank to carry out foreign exchange business profile; then we analyzes the rural commercial bank of Jiangsu Province foreign exchange business is facing risks and risk management of the banking situation, put forward its foreign exchange business problems in risk management; and finally,we propose appropriate policy recommendations to the rural commercial bank of Jiangsu Province.
