Research On The Innovation Countermeasures Of The Changzhou Center Of Chinese Academy Of Sciences

Technological innovation, as an important driving force for the development of the country, has become an important factor in the competition of comprehensive national strength in the world. In order to further promote the development of innovation mechanism, and realize the breakthrough of national competitiveness, the need for the establishment of the mechanism of industry university research cooperation innovation is more prominent in our country. Through the development of recent years, we have had a certain foundation, developed various types of cooperation, such as the cooperation model, the leading type of industry university, the mode of cooperation between universities and enterprises, and the research model of cooperation, application research and cooperation.Firstly, based on the relevant theory of the research on the theory of production and research, this paper analyzes the development status of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, Changzhou Center for example. Secondly, based on the analysis of the present situation of the Changzhou center of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, pointed out some problems existing in the process of innovation and development, including the interaction and cooperation between universities and colleges. Finally, for the existing problems, the Chinese Academy of Sciences, Changzhou center, research collaborative innovation strategy is proposed, including the cooperation and interaction between the Chinese Academy of Sciences, Changzhou center and the University, and promote enterprise to participate in the development of industry, such as the establishment of efficient knowledge transfer system, the establishment of a comprehensive, scientific and technological achievements, such as strengthening the management of scientific and technological achievements.
