In this way, this thesis firstly elaborates the research background, significance, content,purpose, method, framework, and reviews the related literature; then, introduces the definition, classification, the profits source, status of the airport, the necessity of construction, operation and management mode, and analyzes the property of the public the product of the airport, combing the basic theory of the project distinguish and project financing; furthermore, introduces the history and current situation of Wuhan Tianhe Airport, mainly including the previous construction and expansion as well as development in the last two years' finance and market data; what's more, simply analysis the foreign and domestic typical and main financing mode and operation conditions, and thus to the case analysis, introduces the Wuhan Tianhe Airport construction financing, analyzes the necessity of its construction and the main problems, and then puts forward the problems,explores the preliminary idea of constructing diversified financing system construction the airport in Wuhan; finally, summarizes five countermeasures for the implementation of the diversification of the construction of airport financing mode, which are the establishment of a good government and the relationship between banks and enterprises, continuation to actively introduce the private capital and international capital, good financial monitoring to control the financing risk, accelerate the introduction and cultivation of professional talents actively financing and carefully choosing financing mode to reduce the cost of capital.
